ABOUT

     Millikan's Maintenance Solutions was started in 2005. I have over 25 years of experience in injection molding. I have worked in different positions such as  Manufacturing Manager, Project Engineer and Maintenance Manager. I have helped start up new facilities which include design and layout of buildings, machines, and auxiliary equipment. I have designed and installed process water line, air line, and electrical lines for new facilities. I have moved many machines and installed robots. I have also designed and built EOAT for robots and did the programming for them. I have designed and built auxiliary automation while using different types of PLC's. I have worked with assembly equipment such as heat stake, sonic welding and clip assembly machines. I have also worked with paint lines and robots.

In 2017, I started working full time as a service engineer helping manufacturing companies with their maintenance needs.

I can take a new or used machine, unload it from the truck, place it, level it, and run water, air, and electrical to the machine. I can also install a robot if needed. Start up machine process part and program robot to pick and place part. If needed, I can design and build any auxiliary automation needed to finish the part.
